HI! I'm Tara Kirby. I am so happy you found us!

I am the owner and founder of the Dream Coach Academy (DCA) and the creator of the Dream Method Certification Program! I am a sacral generator, Cancer Sun, Aries Moon Libra rising. I mentor conscious leaders through alignment business coaching, and when I am not in business mode I am home with my 3 kids.

My mission is to help you reclaim your power and come back to YOU, to live fully expressed in your infinite potential. I believe, you can have both: a successful business & a fulfilled life.

I am a retired serial entrepreneur. I started dabbling in building businesses in 2005 & my official jump into entrepreneurship started w/ my Be More Collection, a collection of clothing & accessories, in May of 2015. I found myself single & expecting my first baby. In the spring of 2016 I added to my collection & opened a small natural light studio in Provo, UT. This doubled as a space to grow my Be More Collection, host creative workshops & a photography studio. All while working behind the chair as an independent hair stylist.

12 months later, in the Spring of 2017, as a single mom of a 16 month old, I took a major leap & w/ help of a business partner opened a 5400 sqft event & co-working space. Mid working on building this vision, (like literal building... I laid hardwood floors. Yeah, I'm as shocked as you), I met Mr. Cameron Kirby, my now husband! We quickly, like, 6 months after meeting quickly, got married & in the summer of 2018 we had our baby boy, who on IG you will know as Bub. Life changed quick, like whoa, & I made the choice to step away from my creative space to focus on adjusting to 2 under 3 and being a wife and continued to side hustle it up with whatever venture sparked excitement for my generator self!

In the fall of 2018, while in the thick of my strussle ( the stress hustle). I felt like I was failing as a mom, a wife, a friend, AND a business owner. I was overworked, utilizing every skill I had acquired over the previous decade to financially contribute to my family & under paid. November 2018, I hit a breaking point. Everyday I wished for more capacity to give to my family, my business and to myself.

& then, I quit. Everything. Literally, EVERYTHING that I was doing to make our family money, I quit. I spent about 2 months in deep self discovery, healing & taking inspired action and began to find tools to give me clarity AND capacity to go after MY dream.

Through this self discovery, the original DREAM Method was born, and a meaningful, profitable business followed. My goal became helping other women discovery & build their own dreams. With my innate gift of helping people step into their power, offering solicited & unsolicited advice, & creating solutions to problems, I realized I had been coaching for years. The thing I did so naturally & enjoyed so much became my bread and butter. I stepped into the world of Coaching & never looked back.

Just a year after I quit it all I had created a 6 figure coaching business working part time hours from home. I stepped away from the struddle (the stress- hustle) and into my alignment.

Fast forward to the infamous spring of 2020. With a year of “professional” coaching, aka getting paid, under my belt and many service based providers being forced to pivot into the online space I began to have clients ask me how they can do what I do. I took on the challenge & using the tools that had become a proven method helping hundreds of women step into their power and I certified my first Dream Method Coach. Within a year we had over 20 women certified in our Dream Method & these women have been able to build meaningful profitable coaching businesses for themselves. Now we have an education team that spans across the US & every year we are able to guide more and more women to their conscious leadership.

DCA is a certification and education company, but truly, we are community of female entrepreneurs with a collective vision not only step into their own power & potential but to see others in their own & help them on their way to dream building. DCA is a place where we know we are stronger together, we believe no dream is too big, & that no matter where you are right now, today, you can step into who you are meant to be.

I have gone from single mom & serial entrepreneur to the successful CEO, wife & mom of 3 I always dreamed I could be. And if I can do it, so can you.

Am I perfect? nah fam. Is it always easy? That’s a hell to the no, dawg. But I know my potential is infinite, and I know yours is too, which is why we won’t stop building this Dream business until the tools that changed my life have reach every woman they can.

My mission has remained the same through this dream building business: to help women reclaim their power and come back to SELF, to live fully expressed in their infinite potential. I am obsessed with helping women succeed. The impact and income that comes from stepping into your power is unimaginable. Over the past few years I have found so much joy in helping women, just like YOU, find and LIVE their dream lives.
